  • The Company was established in the year 1948 and was engaged in the manufacture and sale of Torches, Dry-cell Batteries and Miniature Bulbs in the name of GEEP till 1999. A few years ago, on account of a shortage of good quality and affordable housing in the market, the company entered into the real estate business and presented Prayagraj with its first housing project-Sterling Apartments. Encouraged by good public response, the concept of our next project “Shervani Legacy” took place.
